Each month, we select a local charity to receive the proceeds from our Change for Charity Register Round Up.
Lace Up For Kids is a teen-run nonprofit founded to bring fundraising efforts and awareness of RMH CTMA to CT shoreline towns like Guilford. Lace Up is an organization of 17 high school students, mostly from GHS, who collect and recycle gently used sneakers through a sneaker recycling program, converting donated footwear into cash proceeds that directly support RMH’s mission of providing comfort and care to families with hospitalized children. Lace Up combines youth leadership and volunteerism, environmental responsibility, and community compassion to make a lasting impact for families in need.
